Service Project Z02 - Petra Beli & Jiaxuan Chen

In order to serve the need for quantitative proteomics within the network, a mass spectrometry-based proteomics service platform will be established for analysing protein factors and regulatory mechanisms that function in the DNA damage response. The platform will provide access to sample preparation approaches and state-of-the-art mass spectrometry, covering analyses of protein-protein interactions, posttranslational modifications and whole proteome quantification. In addition, it will contribute to the training of PhD students and postdoctoral scientists by means of lectures and practical courses about the principles and applications of mass spectrometry.
